This notice explains what happens to your details when you join the LOOP waitlist. It was last updated on 22 October 2026.

Who we are

LOOP is made by For Fergus Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16648005). We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@loopcollar.co.uk.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• Where you came to the site from, for example TikTok or Instagram, so we know which posts bring people to LOOP.
• The date and time you signed up.

Why we use it

To tell you about LOOP's launch, early access and the occasional big update on the build. We rely on your consent to do this, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Where it's kept

Waitlist sign-ups are collected with Google Forms and stored in a Google Sheet that only For Fergus Ltd can access. If we move to an email service before launch, we'll move the list there and update this notice. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived technical logs for security.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and no longer than 12 months after LOOP launches.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop hearing from us. Email hello@loopcollar.co.uk and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
